All of our groups are trauma informed, strength based, and client centred. We focus on meeting the client where they are at and walking alongside them providing hope, empathy and encouragement.

PBGS offers groups for individuals at any stage of their recovery from Chill, Chat & Create where participants have the chance to get to know each other and let their creative side go wild to Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, which is a structured program that includes elements of Cognitive Behavioural, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.
